Double Crust Pastry / Apple Pie

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt

Mix flour and salt in medium mixing bowl. Cut in 1/2 cup shortening
until resembles fine meal. Cut in 1/4 cup shortening to about the size
of large peas. Sprinkle 1/4 cup water over different parts of mixture.
Then mix thoroughly with a fork until al particles cling together and
forma ball of dough. Smooth with hands. Roll out to make double crust.

4-6 apples (Granny Smith/winesap/stayman) sliced thin
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Bake at 450 for 15 minutes
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
