Homemade Ice Cream Recipe

Family: Mark and Susan Calvert-Rosenberger
5 cups whole milk
5 sq. unsweetened chocolate
5 tbs flour
3/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
5 eggs
5 cups whipping cream
Heat milk and chocolate until melted. Add sugar, flour, salt, eggs. Mix well with chocolate. Stir until it thickens. Cool it, add vanilla and cream. pour in ice cream freezer and freeze it.
