Quick Black Bean Soup

2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, undrained and divided
2 cups water
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 (1 ounce) envelope Good Seasonings Italian salad dressing mix
1 1/2 cups raw Minute brown rice

4 servings
1. Place 1 1/2 cans of the beans in blender and process until smooth.
Pour into large saucepan.
2. Stir in remaining beans, water, onion, and dressing mix. Bring to
a boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
