Olive oil or vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 375. Put a small amount of oil in the baking dish, and then place the fillets on top of the oil. Season with the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs lightly over the top of the salmon, and then place a few small pats of butter on and around the fillets. Bake for ten minutes at 375, then broil for another four to five minutes.
