Broccoli Casserole

1 package frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 well-beaten egg
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 cup cheese cracker crumbs
salt/pepper to taste

Set oven to 400. Boil broccoli for 5 minutes and drain. Combine the other ingredients (except the cracker crumbs) to make sauce. Combine with broccoli, place in a medium casserole dish and then sprinkle top with the cracker crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
